La Asociación Deportiva Estudiantil es una asociación civil sin fines de lucro constituida el 21 de agosto de 1962. Cuenta con personería jurídica y está legalmente constituida bajo resolución 1458 de la IGJ.
A.D.E. está conformada por 26 miembros: 17 plenos y 9 adherentes
La misma está conducida por una Comisión Directiva que a su vez designa a los coordinadores de las distintas subcomisiones de los diferentes deportes.
Nuestra asociación está regida por un Estatuto Social.
Sus miembros son convocados por la Comisión Directiva a dos asambleas ordinarias por año para tratar diferentes temas, más las asambleas extraordinarias que sea necesario convocar.
La misma, a su vez, cuenta con un Reglamento Interno que le permite ordenar y facilitar la organización anual e ir actualizándose de acuerdo a lo que sus miembros resuelven en las distintas asambleas en concordancia a lo que el estatuto establece.
Por último, nuestra asociación cuenta con un Calendario anual de actividades que involucra a varios deportes, distintas categorías , encuentros, torneos, giras internacionales y el tradicional North vs South.
The Asociación Deportiva Estudiantil is a non-profit civil association established on August 21st, 1962. It has legal status and it is legally constituted under resolution 1458 of the IGJ.
A.D.E. is made up of 26 members: 17 full members and 9 adherents.
It is led by a Board of Directors who in turn designates the Coordinators of the different subcommittees of the different sports.
Our association is governed by a Social Statute.
Its members are summoned by the Board of Directors to two ordinary assemblies per year to deal with different subjects, plus any extraordinary assemblies that are necessary to summon.
Furthermore, it has an Internal Regulation that allows it to organize and facilitate the annual organization to be updated according to what its members resolve in the different assemblies in accordance with what the statute establishes.
Finally, our association has an Annual Calendar of activities that involves various sports, different categories, meetings, tournaments, international tours and the traditional North vs South.
